
Erasmus+ is a Programme its main objective is to support the creation of a European Area of Higher Education and reinforce the contribution of Higher and Vocational Education to advance the innovation process. Through the Erasmus+ Programme, the Higher Education Institutions can offer to its students, teachers and administrative staff a period of studies or work experience, education or training missions in Higher Education Institutions or Foreign Companies in countries eligible for program, with a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of one academic year, thus enriching the range of academic training of its people through contact with other cultures and learning other skills and competencies in the areas of specialization as intended. Operational Objectives
Benefits Being Erasmus student actually has several advantages. Besides enjoy of a plan of studies or training abroad in their area of expertise, thereby enriching their academic curriculum, can attend a course for improving the language agreed to carry out the study period and enjoy cultural programs specifically designed for Erasmus students by host universities. Regarding the fees, any Erasmus student is free from payment of tuition at host Universities will only pay the normal fee in their own home Education Institution. In the partner universities, the Erasmus students will be properly monitored by an Erasmus Coordinator for the duration of studies, so that any difficulties could be resolved with the assistance of the Coordinator.
