Course Aims

To educate/train technically and scientifically qualified, humanly sensitive and responsive social geronthologists.

To educate/train specialized professionals with knowledge, skills and competences within social gerontology, contributing to the quality of life and wellbeing of population.

To contribute to the development of the scientific knowledgein Social Gerontology, in order to promote policy measures and practices geared to active and successful aging.

to contribute to intergenerational solidarity, activating social mechanisms consistent with human longevity and dignity.
