Course Aims

  • To educate Social higher technicians qualified to act within (1) human  development and (2) communities where they are located.
  • To educate professionals able to (1) assess and intervene with individuals and specific/increased vulnerability groups (eg, adult and elderly, caregivers, families.), (2) manage social facilities/services (ex., aging services within solidarity and private network), and (3) evaluate and intervene, within community, in public, private and/or cooperative organizations (eg., municipalities, associations, companies).
  • To educate competent, critical and reflective European citizens able to become agents of change and social innovation, contributing to the development of communities, regions and societies in which they operate, particularly in the human development and individual and population aging.
